3D Ring Carousel
Twelve cards in a slowly spinning ring you can grab and throw.
This is the real effect, not a video. Scroll, drag and click inside it.
The 3D Ring Carousel arranges twelve image cards into a circle that rotates slowly in space. Visitors can grab the ring, spin it with real momentum and let it settle back into its idle drift, with cards on the far side naturally receding into the distance.
When to use it
It fits any story told in a dozen chapters: twelve months of travel, twelve dishes, twelve projects, twelve products. Because the motion is the invitation, it works best as the centrepiece of a hero or a feature section rather than buried down page.
Why it works
Drag physics turn a slideshow into a toy. Momentum and drift make the component feel physical, and people play with physical things longer than they watch passive ones. The circular layout also promises completeness, a whole year or a whole menu in one object.
