Scope, mostly: how many pages, which features, and how much custom design and animation work the brief calls for. What never changes is how we quote. You get one figure in writing before any work begins, it covers everything discussed, and it does not move because a project turned out larger than we expected. If you later want something outside the original scope, we price it first and you decide.

Half to begin and half once you have approved the finished site, before it goes live. You are never paying in full for something you have not seen.

Yes, and not screenshots. Every site in our portfolio is live and clickable. Open one, scroll it, hover over things, try it on your phone. Most agencies show you pictures of websites. We hand you the website.

You see the design before we build it, and revisions at that stage are included. We would far rather redraw a layout than hand over something you are not proud to share.

You speak directly with the people designing and building your site, on WhatsApp, from the first message to the day you go live. Nothing is outsourced and there is no account manager sitting in between.

Days rather than months. Most Singapore agencies quote four to twelve weeks. Our starting package is usually live within a week of receiving your content, and larger builds take two to three weeks.

The technical foundation is included on every site: fast loading, mobile readiness, page titles and descriptions, structured data, and a sitemap submitted to Google. That is what Google needs before it will rank you at all. Ongoing content work to climb competitive search terms is available separately.
